Research On Government Supervision Of Public Service Examination And Training Institutions

With the new round of the Ministry of Education issued a document to comprehensively rectify the off campus training institutions,the development of off campus training institutions has ushered in new challenges,and the supply side structural reform of off campus training institutions is imminent.Although the rectification did not include the public service examination and training institutions,the comprehensive rectification of the public service examination and training institutions is also imperative.In the process of rectification,the traditional government administrative supervision can not fully meet the current actual needs.We must standardize the government supervision of public examination and training institutions from a new perspective and new ways.Based on the research of Jinan Zhonggong,Huatu and other large and medium-sized public service examination and training institutions,as well as the government’s regulatory measures for the industry,this paper constructs the overall writing idea of this paper.This paper analyzes and describes the problems from the current situation of government supervision of public service training institutions,Innovatively put forward the credit supervision as the core of the whole set of regulatory means of the importance of education and training industry,and put forward the corresponding regulatory measures under the guidance of refined management theory.It is found that the traditional means of government supervision has been difficult to adapt to the development of the new situation.We must innovate the means of supervision and build a set of supervision system to respond to the problems in the current public examination and training institutions.In view of the current government supervision system for the public examination and training institutions to refine to strengthen the basis of supervision;By clarifying the responsibilities of various departments,optimizing the division of responsibilities,forming a regulatory force,we can improve the regulatory functions of each supervision subject,and achieve the desired regulatory effect by forming a linkage mechanism and refining the supervision content;In addition,we should guide the industry associations to play their positive role,increase publicity,enhance consumers’ awareness of supervision and rights protection,and make the supervision system more perfect by combining various special governance and daily supervision of the government.
