This study explores the structural model of the competency characteristics of young pioneers brigade instructors,compiles a questionnaire on the competency characteristics of young pioneers brigade instructors,and understands the current status of the competency level of Hebei young pioneers brigade instructors.The research is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research,through literature,policy text analysis,key event interview method,questionnaire survey method,etc.to carry out research on the competency characteristics model of the Young Pioneers brigade counselor teachers.The results are as follows:(1)Constructed the competency characteristic model of young pioneers brigade counselors.Using document method,text analysis and key event method,a competency model of young pioneers brigade counselors was constructed.The competency characteristics of the young pioneers brigade counselors include reflection ability,expression ability,stress resistance,planning ability,motivation art,organization building ability,educational knowledge,young pioneers professional knowledge,professional identity,dedication,overall view,respect for children,and understanding Children,communication skills,educational feelings,pursuit of excellence,student service orientation,ideological guidance,creativity,empathy,affinity,patience 22 items,divided into professional knowledge,professional skills,work motivation,professional quality,teacher-student relationship,Six dimensions of personal traits.(2)Compile the "Questionnaire on the Competency Characteristics of Young Pioneers Brigade Counselors".On the basis of the Young Pioneer Brigade Counselor Competency Model,the "Young Pioneer Brigade Counselor Competency Characteristic Questionnaire" was compiled.Through the confirmatory factor analysis of the questionnaire,the validity of the Young Pioneer Brigade Counselor’s Competency Model was further verified.(3)Through the analysis of the current status of the Young Pioneer Brigade Counselor’s competence level,it is found that the current problems of the Young Pioneer Brigade Counselor’s competence include insufficient professional knowledge and application skills,errors in role positioning,relatively low innovation capabilities,and lack of vitality.Lack of systematic training,imperfect incentive mechanism,etc.(4)Put forward relevant suggestions on the improvement of the competence level of the young pioneers brigade counselors.Propose strategies from both macro and micro aspects.
