Research On The In-service Training Mechanism Of Young Pioneers Counselor Based On "G-U-S" Model

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the country have attached great importance to the work of children and the Young Pioneers.General Secretary Xi has personally attended the Young Pioneers’ activities and delivered important speeches,and put forward a series of new ideas and views on the work of the children and the Young Pioneers.As the direct undertaker of the work of the Young Pioneers in the school,the Young Pioneers Counselor is a worker who integrates education,management and service.It also service as an instructor for the healthy growth and all-round development of the Young Pioneers.Their proficiency and professional development degree is closely related to the development level of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,It is a key work for the scientific development of the Young Pioneers and the guarantee for achieving comprehensive development to build a professional team with strong political quality and strong comprehensive capabilities.in-service training plays a leading role in the professional development of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,promoting the professional development of the Young Pioneers instructors through in-service training is not only the internal demand of the Young Pioneers instructors,but also to ensure the overall development of children and carry the work of the Young Pioneers to an overall forward development.This study uses the literature research method,questionnaire and interview to conduct an empirical investigation on the status quo of the in-service training of the Young Pioneers Counselor in Chongqing.The article is divided into four parts: The first part is a description of the current situation of the in-service training of the Young Pioneers Counselors in Chongqing;the second part summarizes the problems in the in-service training of the Young Pioneers Counselors,which are mainly characterized by the unclear function positioning among various departments,insufficient cooperation and guarantee mechanism and attribution analysis;the third part proposes to use teacher professional development theory,lifelong education theory and collaboration theory as the theoretical basis for constructing the "GUS" model of the Young Pioneer instructor in-service training mechanism.It also takes systematicness linkage and long-term effectiveness as the principles of mechanism construction.The fourth part aims at the problems and theoretical basis of On-the-job training,and puts forward the strategy of constructing the "GUS" mode of the Young Pioneers’ in-service training mechanism: the first is the organization and management mechanism to clarify the rights of the government,colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools in the training mechanism;the second is the collaborative operation mechanism,which describes the specific operation of the training mechanism;the third is the guarantee mechanism,which guarantees the long-term operation of the Young Pioneer Counselor’s in-service training mechanism from the perspective of policy,funding,evaluation and incentives.The research focused on the current operating status and problems of the Young Pioneer Counselor’s in-service training model,and tried to construct the "GUS" model,so as to increase the importance and participation of the government,universities,and primary and secondary schools in the Young Pioneer Counselor’s in-service training and provides a basis for the "Trinity" Young Pioneer Counselor’s in-service training mechanism,hoping to open up ideas and provide references for the current research on the Young Pioneer Counselor’s In-service training mechanism.
