Study On Financial Aid Management Of Poverty-stricken Undergraduates Of Jiangsu College Of Nursing

The financial aid management for poverty-stricken undergraduates in colleges is an essential part of poverty alleviation.In the decisive stage of poverty alleviation,the study explores a scientific and reasonable working mechanism of poverty-stricken undergraduates,so as to achieve both poverty alleviation and aspiration support,which is beneficial for them to get through the tough situation in a real sense to realize "education to get rid of poverty".Based on the precise funding and educational equity theory,the new public administration theory,etc.the study adopts the literature research method,interview methods to investigate the financial aid management issues of poverty-stricken undergraduates of Jiangsu College of Nursing.The study comprehensively expounds the current situation of financial aid management of poverty-stricken undergraduates in the college,respectively,from the perspectives of college overview,funding policy overview,financial aid management effectiveness.255 valid questionnaires have been collected and the results shows that the problems and causes of poverty-stricken undergraduates,in terms of financial aid management,mainly include: firstly,narrow publicity path and lack of pertinence;secondly,lack of quantitative indicators;thirdly,unsystematic financial aid information;fourthly,inadequate supervision,etc..Therefore,we ought to expand the publicity path and implement targeted policy publicity;we ought to integrate quantitative methods to strengthen precision identification;we ought to classify and subsidize on demand to realize the transformation from security type to development type;we ought to implement dynamic supervision,and strengthen the sense of responsibility so as to promote the sustainable development of poverty-stricken college undergraduates.
