Study On The Historical Experience Of The Old-age Security Of Rural Women Since The Reform And Opening Up

Since China has entered the aging society,the aging population of women has become a significant feature of China’s aging.Most of them live in rural areas.Affected by rural economic conditions and social concepts,most of them have a single source of income,poor health,lack of spiritual comfort and are at a disadvantage in their retirement.Paying attention to the quality of life of rural women in old age has become an important part of realizing social equity and justice.According to the actual situation of China’s aging population,the rural women’s old-age security problem has important purpose and significance,at home and abroad have been to many of the women’s pension,marxist women theory and social security theory also provide a rich theoretical basis for the study of the historical experience of China’s rural women’s old-age security since the reform and opening up;Since China’s reform and opening up,the old-age security of the rural women’s history can be roughly divided into four stages,from which it can be seen that the rural old-age security level and the way of women at the same time the influence of national policy and economic condition,among them,the family pension occupies a basic position all the time,at the same time,the social pension level as exploration and perfecting constantly improve the old-age insurance system;Since the reform and opening up,the achievements of rural women’s old-age security in China can be summed up in three aspects:connotation,system and thought.Our country has gained some experience while doing a good job in the old-age security of rural women,the rural women are both clear pension security work to adhere to the principle of unified planning,to play together with many and should pay attention to the construction of system framework,and also points out the limitations of the old-age security of the rural women,for example,policy lack of gender consciousness,the endowment insurance system needs to be optimized,lack of government financial expenditure and the problem of insufficient endowment talent team construction;The purpose of studying the old-age security of rural women since the reform and opening up is to provide reference for the old-age work in the future,this paper puts forward feasible measures from the four aspects of government,family,society and rural women,so as to provide useful inspiration for improving the quality of old-age security for rural women in combination with the background of the times.
