Study On The Historical Process And Experience Enlightenment Of Rural Social Governance In China Since Reform And Opening-Up

As a complex social and political phenomenon,rural social governance is a process in which the state and farmers participate in the governance,bearing the heavy responsibility of long-term national peace and stability.It has always been the focus of the Party and the state for a long time.The effectiveness of rural social governance largely determines whether the country’s development is stable and orderly.Standing at a new historical juncture of China’s development,consolidating the achievements of social governance in rural areas,summarizing experience,identifying areas of weakness and further advancing the direction of agricultural and rural modernization,is still an issue of overall importance that needs to be paid great attention to at present.At the beginning of the founding of New China,China has devoted itself to putting forward the correct governance strategy suitable for the development of China’s national conditions in combination with the strategic planning of national development,the staged characteristics of rural social development,and the actual needs of farmers.Especially with the deepening of reform and opening-up,the exploration of rural social governance has been adjusted in a timely manner in keeping with the pace of development of the times,and a set of rich governance system has been gradually accumulated in governance direction,governance measures and governance objectives.This paper takes the historical process and experience enlightenment of rural social governance in China since the reform and opening-up as the research object,and makes a comparative analysis around the historical process of rural social governance in China since the reform and opening-up.This paper summarizes the main contents and governance effects of rural social governance,we have achieved remarkable governance results in governance system,governance mechanism,grassroots party organization construction,equalization of urban and rural basic public services,and informationization.The fifth part mainly discusses the basic experience and enlightenment of rural social governance in China since the reform and opening-up.The main experiences are as
