Study On The Course And Experience Of The Communist Party Of China In Promoting Self-revolution Since The Reform And Opening Up

The courage of self-revolution is the most distinctive political character of our Party and the greatest advantage of our party.A history of the Communist Party of China is a history of struggle to achieve transcendence and development in self-revolution.The fundamental reason why the Communist Party of China has been able to lead the people to remarkable achievements in the past 40 years is that it has been able to adapt itself to different governing environments and constantly carry out self-revolution.From the theoretical perspective,the Communist Party of China,as a Marxist party,must have the courage of self-revolution.The basic theories of Marxist classical writers on the construction of proletarian political parties provide the internal driving force for the CPC to promote self-revolution.From the perspective of history,it is the crystallization of the Communist Party of China’s struggle in the period of revolution and construction to have the courage of self-revolution.During the period of Democratic Revolution,the Communist Party of China,by correcting all kinds of wrong tendencies in the party,completed the initial exploration of self-revolution,realized the leap of its own thought and theory,and finally obtained the national regime.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,the Communist Party of China,focusing on the consolidation and development of the new Socialist regime,gave a preliminary answer as to whether and how to carry out self-revolution under the conditions of national governance.From the perspective of practice,it is a realistic need for the Communist Party of China to build itself stronger and stronger in the process of reform and opening up.The course can be roughly divided into three stages according to the different tasks of the CPC in promoting self-revolution in different historical periods of reform and opening up.In the first stage from 1978 to 1981,the task of the Party’s self-revolution at this stage was to correct the mistakes of the "Cultural Revolution" and to restore and re-establish the party’s correct line.The second stage,from 1982 to 2012,is the task of the Party’s self-revolution to deal with the risks and challenges brought about by the reform and opening-up.The third stage from 2012 to the present,the task of the Party’s self-revolution at this stage is to carry out a great struggle with many new historical features.This paper systematically combs the course of self-revolution of the CPC since the reform and opening-up,sums up the historical experience,in order to help the CPC to improve its governing ability and leadership level.
