| The current fight against poverty in rural areas has entered the stage of consolidating results.In order to ensure that there are many on the road to building a well-off society in an all-round way,urban poverty alleviation work should also be paid attention to,especially the poverty of urban workers.As the main force in the relief of urban employees in difficulties,the trade union can guarantee the basic needs of the employees.If the final battle for the relief of urban employees in difficulties is to be achieved with high quality,the extensive participation of social organizations is still required.Social organizations are rooted in the grassroots society and have been leading multiple parties to participate in urban poverty alleviation for many years.However,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently when social organizations participate in the process of urban employees in difficulties.If these problems cannot be solved through a sound participation mechanism,the role of social organizations in the process of urban employees in difficulties will be affected.This research is based on the theory of government failure,market failure,voluntary failure theory,planned behavior theory,and organization efficiency theory.It constructs a theoretical framework based on existing relevant research results,and proposes including value recognition,herd mentality,organization scale,and government attention 8 hypotheses about the relationship between the degree and other influencing factors and the willingness to participate in social organizations,using the quantitative method of the multiple linear regression model to measure the degree of influence of different influencing factors on the willingness to participate in the behavior of social organizations.The research results show that herd psychology,laws and regulations,organizational efficiency,value recognition,organizational scale,government attention,and project mechanisms have a significant impact on social organizations’ participation in the relief of urban employees in difficulties;ideological reasons such as value recognition have a significant impact on the participation of social organizations Activities play a key role;small and very large social organizations have relatively high willingness to participate;the higher the efficiency of social organizations,the higher the willingness of enterprises and citizens to donate,which has a great relationship with the trust of donors in social organizations.When the willingness of social organizations to participate is low,the adjustment effect of policy tools is more obvious.There is a big gap between the level of participation of social organizations and social needs in the work of helping urban employees in difficulties in Urumqi.Specifically,there are laws and regulations and incomplete volunteer guarantee mechanisms;the identity of some social organizations is restricted;information asymmetry makes their willingness to participate weak;social organizations have a single way of participating in difficulties for employees to overcome difficulties;social organizations have insufficient credibility;funds and materials are not transparent;social organizations A series of problems such as weak ability to gather social resources;low efficiency of human resource management in social organizations.In order to increase the proportion and quality of social organizations participating in the relief of urban employees in difficulties,improvements can be made from the following two aspects: the government shall further improve relevant laws and regulations;increase the importance of social organizations in participating in the relief of urban employees in difficulties,and clarify incentive measures;In terms of social organization,strengthen its own strength and carry out internal reforms;improve information feedback and disclosure mechanisms;at the same time enhance its own publicity;strengthen talent training and reserves.This article explores the influencing factors of social organizations’ participation in Urumqi’s urban poverty-stricken employees,and has a promotional significance for the research on the principles of social organizations’ participation in urban poverty alleviation activities.On the other hand,it is also the need for self-growth of social organizations,which has practical significance. |
