The migrant workers group is a new labor force group which formed and developed since 1980 s the implementation of the reform and opening up policy and the reform of the household registration system. This group,on the one hand, have made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of the city by their hard work.On the other hand, they do not have any one to rely on in the city life and lack of the services and resources provided by the urban community which make it difficult for them to truly integrate into the urban community. The influencing factors of the migrant workers' urban integration include both the migrant workers themselves and the factors of the objective social environment which mainly include community residents factors and community factors. Some of these factors are relatively easy to change in a short period of time but others are difficult to change in the short term.Grasping the factors that can be changed in the short term, and facilitating the changes in these factors have positive significance for the solution of the integration of migrant workers in urban communities. This paper builds its own research plans by analyzing and summarizing foreign literature on immigration issues and domestic literature on the study of migrant workers' urban integration. After the study plan was determined, through the relevant questionnaire analysis of Chongqing University's “Research Group on Migrant Workers Community Integration” and the case interviews of migrant workers and community workers in the KJ community in Chongqing,Summarizing the factors affecting the integration of urban migrant workers in urban areas and the data of these influencing factors are summed up from the perspectives of individual characteristics of migrant workers, community service levels, and interactions between migrant workers and communities.,On this basis, from the perspective of social workers, the author puts forward the specific measures to promote the integration of migrant workers into urban communities base on the theoretical perspective of combining the three main subjects of migrant workers, community residents, and communities with the perspective of social capital to solve the problem of migrant workers' urban community integration. The specific measures include four aspects: social workers help farmers improve their living conditions, social workers guide migrant workers to increase their awareness and initiative to integrate into urban communities, social organizations organize community services, and social workers unblock migrant workers to interact with communities. Finally, the author has carried on the reflection to this research.Looking further forward,I hope that the academic community in the future can conduct more theoretical and practical research from the perspective of the social work perspective of the migrant workers' urban community integration.
