Pioneers.The educational effect of Young Pioneers activities also directly affects the growth quality of Young Pioneers in activities.With the Young Pioneers activities gradually becoming an independent form which is different from the general education and teaching activities,the irreplaceable educational role of the Young Pioneers activities has gradually emerged,and the evaluation of the Young Pioneers activities,as an effective means to guarantee the effectiveness of the education of the Young Pioneers activities,should also be paid attention to.The generation and implementation of the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities is not only the inevitable result of the development of Young Pioneers activities education,but also the urgent requirement of the innovation of Young Pioneers activities.Scientific and reasonable evaluation of Young Pioneers activities is conducive to ensuring the educational role of Young Pioneers activities in promoting the development of Young Pioneers,guiding the Young Pioneers activities to give play to the advantages of self-education,and making the Young Pioneers achieve comprehensive and independent development through activities.However,due to the constraints of various factors,such as the theoretical system of Young Pioneers activities is still under construction and there is no unified standard for the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities,the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities is still in the process of construction and development in practice.Based on the above background,this study takes the role of evaluation in Young Pioneers activities,the current situation of Young Pioneers activity evaluation in practice and how to build a scientific and appropriate Young Pioneers activity evaluation system as the main line,and explores the theoretical and practical problems of Young Pioneers activity evaluation through the combination of literature research and interview survey.This study is divided into the following four partsThe first part,through combing the basic connotation of Young Pioneers activity evaluation,makes clear the role of evaluation in Young Pioneers activities.The research shows that Young Pioneers activities are an important work form of Young Pioneers’ organization and have rich educational value.The quality of Young Pioneers activities determines whether they really serve the Young Pioneers and realize their independent and all-round development,and the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities is a necessary way to ensure the realization of the educational role of Young Pioneers activities.Evaluation not only tests the educational results of Young Pioneers activities,but also promotes the implementation of the Young Pioneers activities goals,meets the demands of the Young Pioneers activities’ own development,and escorts the growth of Young Pioneers in the Young Pioneers activities.Therefore,the practice of Young Pioneers activity evaluation is worthy of attention.The second part,through the investigation of the current situation of the Young Pioneers activity evaluation,to understand the practice of the Young Pioneers activity evaluation in reality.In the interview survey of some Young Pioneers’ counselors in four schools in Jinan City,it is found that the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities is often ignored in the actual work of Young Pioneers,and the overall evaluation is single and extensive.However,this unreasonable evaluation can not objectively and comprehensively reflect the realization degree of the educational role of Young Pioneers activities,which leads to the dominant position of Young Pioneers in the activities The confusion of being hoodwinked,being instrumental in the activities of the Young Pioneers,and being alienated in the role of evaluation hindered the autonomy development of the Young Pioneers in the Young Pioneers activities.The third part,combined with the results of literature review and current situation investigation,tries to make a rational analysis of Young Pioneers activity evaluation,which should focus on the development of Young Pioneers’ autonomy.Research suggests that children should be the main body of their own development,so that they can actively achieve self-development.Autonomous development is in line with the basic law of individual development,is the essential needs of Young Pioneers as children’s survival and development,and has significant advantages of comprehensiveness,sustainability and transcendence.And because the basic task of Young Pioneers is to serve the growth of Young Pioneers,Young Pioneers activities should also maximize the protection and promotion of the autonomy of the development of the Young Pioneers.The independent development of Young Pioneers needs evaluation as a guarantee,and evaluation needs to always grasp the core of independent development.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities and the development of Young Pioneers’ autonomy,the basic system of the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities focusing on the development of Young Pioneers’ autonomy is constructed.In principle,the evaluation should adhere to the principles of combining feasibility and effectiveness,giving consideration to both scientificity and flexibility,and linking development and incentive;in the main body of evaluation,multiple evaluation subjects should be introduced,including Young Pioneers,Young Pioneers counselors,Young Pioneers work experts and scholars;in the content of evaluation,it involves the purpose,content,method,content of Young Pioneers activities In the five parts of implementation and effect,the evaluation of the realization degree of Young Pioneers’ autonomy development;in the evaluation method,the evaluation is based on the behavior of Young Pioneers and counselors in the three stages of activity design,activity implementation process and activity results;in the evaluation feedback,the evaluation results should be reasonably used to give full play to the immediate supervision effect,so that the evaluation of Young Pioneers activities can become the key to promote the Young Pioneers activities It is a long-term and effective means to guide the professional growth of Young Pioneers counselors and ensure the independent development of Young Pioneers. |
