| In the new era of globalization,how should we further spread Chinese thoughts and stories in the world,so as to make China’s position and role in international competition more well known,it is a problem that we need to consider to introduce the dissemination of national image into strategic thought planning.The image of the state has gradually become an important way for people all over the world to understand the views and attitudes of other countries.To establish a good national image is helpful to strengthen the soft power of culture and national self-confidence.It is related to the international discourse power and international status,and is crucial to the maintenance of national security.With the continuous development of mobile Internet,the information dissemination mode is also gradually diversified,which brings about the change of audience media habits,namely visual expression and communication.As a visual cultural phenomenon,short video can not be ignored at present.With the deepening of the vertical,professional and exquisite content manufacturing,short video has become an important communication channel for government agencies and other media,and also an important tool for political propaganda.Tiktok video tiktok is accelerating its overseas expansion.The major media in China are also entering the trill,using video narration to open up new communication forms.Tiktok tiktok,the first ranked people in the voice of the accounts,the number of players in the first batch of the media,the volume and the number of points in the daily voice,is taken as an example.The 1560 videos released by-2020 tiktok in July 31st August 1,2019(July 31st July 31st)are analyzed by content analysis.The paper discusses the strategies of the emotional tendency and narrative characteristics in the construction of the national image and summarizes the national image it constructs.On this basis,combined with the theories of visual culture,agenda setting,discourse and power,the author tries to analyze and summarize the production strategies and effects of short video in the construction and dissemination of national image from the aspects of content production,means of communication and platform,In order to explore the shortcomings of mainstream media in the process of constructing and spreading national image by using short video and other emerging media forms,how to achieve better results and how to grasp the discourse power in the era of mobile Internet. |
