Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Digital Government In Jilin Province

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made important arrangements for building a network power,requiring governments at all levels to make full use of the reform achievements in the era of big data,speed up the construction of digital government,continuously deepen the reform of national governance system,and improve the modernization level of national governance capacity.The construction of digital government is the only way for the reform of national governance system and the inevitable requirement of the development of the current information age.Through big data,cloud computing,artificial Internet and other modern information technology means,the construction of digital government greatly improves the efficiency of government work,realizes the comprehensive digitization of government,and realizes the scientific and accurate decision-making of government.First of all,this paper summarizes the achievements of Jilin digital government infrastructure construction,"Jilin Xiangyun" big data platform has been promoted orderly,and the construction of government service website,the construction of provincial government service database,and the provincial integrated online government service platform have been completed.Secondly,it analyzes the existing problems in the process of digital government construction in Jilin Province,such as the relatively backward digital infrastructure,the insufficient integration and sharing of government information resources,the unbalanced digital development at the city level,the ecological environment needed for the development of digital industry to be established,and the weak foundation for the development of digital industry.Then,drawing on the advanced experience of other provinces in China and some foreign countries in the construction of digital government,this paper discusses the construction mode of digital government in Jilin Province,and puts forward the development mode of digital government suitable for the situation of Jilin Province.Finally,from the four aspects of infrastructure,functional institutions,talent team and legal system,this paper discusses the construction path of digital government in Jilin Province.By improving the network coverage,giving full play to 5g technology advantages and other means,we will continue to consolidate the construction of digital infrastructure,establish the province’s integrated online government service platform,cultivate and introduce professional and technical personnel,strengthen data legislation,continuously promote the construction of digital government in Jilin Province,and promote the all-round digital,networked and intelligent transformation of Jilin Province.
