| Currently,governance of farmer-to-citizen community is in its infancy.Although a number of related academic research have been conducted,the governance of this special community still faces acute challenges in practice.If we proceed from system and structure,proper reasons for most of these contradictions can be found.However,we have also noticed that as the most basic subject in the governance of the farmerto-citizen community,residents’ attitudes will undoubtedly influence their community participation.Therefore,contradictions are closely related to political attitudes,and sense of political efficacy is one of them.The author combines political efficacy with community participation to explore its influence mechanism on community governance participation,and is highly committed to increasing their participation by adjusting the political efficacy,thus further promoting the process of urbanization.This paper summarizes the current domestic and international research trends,and finds that few scholars have paid special attention to the influence of the“farmer-to-citizen” residents’ political efficacy on their participation in community governance.The author analyzes the correlation between these two variables,and introduces participation willingness and community governance related knowledge as complement factors,which together constitute the theoretical frame of this paper.Secondly,on the basis of the questionnaire formulated by Li Rongrong to measure the political efficacy of urban residents,the “Political Efficacy Survey Questionnaire of the Residents of "farmer-to-citizen" residents in Community N,Nanjing is compiled.During this process,data statistics and regression analysis are used to verify the mediating effect of willingness and to test the moderating effect of knowledge related to community governance in the research model,which is later further demonstrated by interview results.Starting from the political efficacy of “farmer-to-citizen” residents,the study explores the mechanism of participation in the community governance,and proposes relevant measures to promote participation,thereby contributing to the urbanization of people. |
