Political Discourse System Of The Cyber-Nationalism Group

As a cultural trend,nationalism has spread to the present day,and has shown different characteristics of the times in the course of history.In the pattern of political public opinion in which turbulence and change co-exist,benefited from the innovation of information technology and media,online nationalism has quietly risen up.As a new pattern of manifestation of traditional nationalism in network times,spread of online nationalism has shown unprecedented breadth and depth.With the development of information revolution and Internet,we-media empowerment has changed isolated political narratives,pushed the online nationalists who are confined to interest and fun into the mainstream opinion field to express and vent emotions in more open public spaces.Online nationalists have different origins,identity imprints and identification,who carry out narrative practice in their own fields,but have the same nationalist stance,create an unique discourse system while deconstructing grand narratives to reconstruct grand narratives.In the contemporary virtual network,a kind of unique landscape has been formed,and an important role has been played in the formation of contemporary Chinese nationalism.In this paper,literature research method,discourse analysis and field observation of network ethnography were taken as the main research methods to sort out and analyze online nationalism which has spread on the Internet since from the 1990s.Moreover,participatory observation of network ethnography was carried out on typical network communities to deeply study the sources,causes and demands of online nationalism.And started from online nationalists’ narrative logic and political discourse system with subculture color,its discourse change and political turn were explored.In chapter 4,the typical online nationalist group ’Little Pinkos’ and its political practice were taken as an example to reveal the evolution of this group from the research perspective of cultural research and political discourse,so as to explore the turn of online nationalism emotion.Currently,the research on online nationalism in educational circles is still limited to a single event,internal crossover and ideological change in online nationalism groups are rarely discussed from a macro perspective,and its self-contained political discourse system is rarely paid attention to by educational circles.This topic aims to analyze the internal context and development direction of online nationalism by analyzing and sorting out the connotation,media use,political discourse and appeal of nationalist groups existing on the modern Internet,to provide enlightenment and example for mainstream media to construct an effective public opinion guidance mechanism.
