| Nowadays,the application of the Internet is more and more extensive,and the rapid exchange of information has changed the way of information dissemination.The spiritual and material needs of the public are also changing.Marxism requires that public opinion should be guided and controlled according to the actual needs of the people and the state of social development.This is the theoretical requirement of the Marxist view of journalism in the contemporary Internet age.In recent years,with the leaping development of the economy,information technology is constantly innovating,and the rapid development of the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's lives.Especially for young people,network speech has become the norm,so the network is sensational.The Internet public opinion has more and more influence on the society.The world is in the era of network;the public news and opinions are more different from the past and have changed in the communication mechanism and rules.Network public opinions have the characteristics of deviation,freedom and openness.Once negative and negative network public opinions appear,they will inevitably affect social stability,which puts forward new requirements and tests for the development of Marxist journalism in China.The characteristics of “I am the media;the media is me” brought about by the media era make it possible for the grass roots to participate in the network interaction.This kind of situation that all the people can participate in the network interaction,will produce a large number of network information.The good and bad information has brought pressure on the network information screening and supervision work.Although the main voice of the current network occupies a dominant position,those negative voices are also eroding the voice of the time,misleading many Internet users,contradicting the socialist core values,which is not conducive to building a harmonious society.Therefore,it is particularly important to guide and control the network public opinion of our country,especially the guidance and control based on Marxist news view are urgently needed.Based on the Marxist view of journalism,this thesis deeply analyzes the issue of network public opinion guidance and control in China.Firstly,it expounds the research background,significance,research status of foreign and domestic researches,etc.Secondly,it discusses the related theory,including the meaning and characteristics of network public opinion.And then,it probes into the problems existing in China's online public opinions and the causes of the problems.Finally,based on the actual situation in China,the Marxist journalism concept is used as the guiding thought and principle of network public opinion and control,and the improvement of China's online public opinion guidance and control strategies are proposed.For the Party and the government,the guidance and control of online public opinion information is one of the main channels for improving the level and strengthening the capacity of governance.With the continuous development of the network and information technology,the public's attention to government work continues to increase,and requirements and expectations are constantly improving.The strengthening and perfection of the network public opinion information require the government to have new technologies,new consciousness,new ideas and new mechanisms,based on the Marxist view of journalism,paying attention to public issues,responding to and solving public concerns,and accurately creating a public opinion ecology.Preventing network public opinion and realizing the scientific,standardized guidance and control of network public opinion are new problems that need to be solved urgently.The Party and the Government must keep pace with the time,prevent problems that may arise from network public opinion,actively respond to the problems that have already arisen,and propose guidance and control measures.Only in this way can the sustainable development of the network environment be realized. |
