Study On The Issue Of Voluntary Service For The Elderly In The Z Community Of S City

With the rapid development of economy,the continuous improvement of medical level,China’s elderly population surge,the implementation of family planning policy,family structure has quietly changed,gradually towards miniaturization,core,from the original three generations of the same room gradually into the core family,The Dink family.The continuous progress of society,promote the change of people’s ideas,people’s material and spiritual needs have higher requirements,parents and children hope that each generation has more independent space,living separately,more children because of work needs,living in other cities,no time to take into account their parents,a large number of empty-nest families,single-family swarms appear.Under such circumstances,the status of community old-age care in the old-age care system is becoming more and more important,and voluntary service has become an indispensable resource in community old-age service.Through the survey and interview on the current situation of old-age care in Z community in S city and the demand of the elderly for volunteer services,it is found that the elderly have certain needs in accompanying study,agency affairs,home cleaning,accompanying chat,accompanying medical treatment,legal aid,home delivery and regular visits to eight old-age projects.Especially for accompanying chat,home cleaning,accompanied by learning,such as the need is relatively large.Through the survey and interview of 86 volunteers participating in community old-age service in Z community in S city,we understand the current situation of voluntary service and draw the conclusion that the problems of Z community old-age voluntary service have not strong sense of volunteer service,unreasonable allocation of volunteer resources,poor continuity of voluntary service and low level of volunteer service.Therefore,based on the above problems,the reasons for these problems are put forward,including: insufficient internal motivation of voluntary service,lack of institutional guarantee of voluntary service content,limitations of volunteers themselves,low social awareness.And put forward the S city Z community old-age volunteer service perfect countermeasures: to promote the precise development of voluntary service,promote the rationalization of voluntary service mechanism construction,strengthen the management and promotion of volunteers themselves,cultivate the community old-age volunteer service culture spirit.
