| At present,the aging trend of China’s population is developing rapidly,the aging population is increasing,and many issues related to the elderly have been widely paid attention to by the society.Retirement,as a transition from middle age to old age,is a major event in the course of life.It is very important for individuals to adapt to old age life and realize "active aging".When individuals from engaged in decades of professional role out after the return to the community,family and their professional roles of social status,role cognition,behavior patterns,etc.and retirement formed a big contrast,its easy to produce loss,loneliness and a series of negative emotions,psychological problem,It may cause a series of family and social problems.Based on this,this study intervened through the method of group work to explore ways and methods to help retired elderly better adapt to their roles,and to summarize the deficiencies.By means of literature review,field interview and observation,this study takes the young retired elderly with role adaptation problems in S community as the research object,and investigates and sorts out the performance,causes and needs of their role adaptation problems;Then,combined with the collected problems and needs,I designed and organized social work services.The research findings are as follows:First,the role adaptation problems of the young retired elderly are mainly manifested as follows:The original balance changes,negative emotions affect,abrupt decrease of interpersonal communication,the integration of community affairs degree is low,low participation of social affairs,embodied in the economic imbalances,retired conceptual change,loneliness is aggravating,sense of family status,the sense of belonging and self-worth,worries about aging and disease,and colleagues and neighbors to reduce,And the decline of community and social participation.The main demands are:improve the current income and expenditure state,psychological state,enhance the level of interpersonal communication,community and social affairs participation.Second,this study on the role theory,activity theory,group dynamics theory,under the guidance of design and to carry out the work in groups of six times,to establish "retired role adaptation group",the team member role cognition,sense of personal worth,interpersonal communication and communication ability,volunteerism,community and social participation and life planning intervention,To help them better adapt to their roles after retirement.Third,in the evaluation stage,the process of assessment and evaluation of the results found that the service object by taking part in the team activities,their psychological condition,interpersonal relationship,community participation,social affairs,attention,life planning is to ascend,daily life has been improved to a certain,group work in young retired elderly role adaptation has certain effect.Fourthly,there are also deficiencies in the involvement of group work in the role adaptation of the retirees at a young age,including the problem of single working perspective,the follow-up development of team members,the professional ability of workers and other problems.In dealing with such retirement adjustment issues in the future,the following points should be noted:(1)Social workers should further improve their working ability and improve the quality of group activities.(2)More diverse perspectives of service can be provided.Group work can be combined with individual cases and community social work.While carrying out group activities to solve the common problems of team members,individual cases can be provided for individual problems faced by team members,at the same time,work can be carried out at the community level to mobilize community resources,promote the construction and development of community self-organization,strengthen the social support network of community members,and better prevent and solve such adaptation problems.(3)The need for government,community,family,individual and so on various efforts,the parties should strengthen the attention to and retired old people,timely find the adaptive problems,improve the retired old people’s economic status,health,family relations,through a variety of activities to promote their continued socialization,achieve better community and social participation.(4)Retired old people themselves should also establish a correct view of retirement,do a good job in retirement life planning,through active learning,active communication,participate in activities and other ways to actively adapt to retirement,so as to better complete the role transformation and adaptation after retirement. |
