With the development of Internet+and the advancement of informatics,there are more and more new economic forms that change people’s lives,especially in the rapidly evolving environment of the participatory economy,the economic form of participation+has been applied to more and more in the industry,co-residence is an innovation in the residential industry in the common sector,and its development has led to the growth of the tourism economy.However,the current sharing residence industry is in a critical state of supervision,without formal identification,market spontaneity,information inconsistencies,and negative external factors will disrupt the original economic system,and there will be tenants in shared accommodation.With the risks of consumer personal information security,the crisis of confidence caused by flaws in online trading platforms,and the risks of housing security,the government is particularly important as the main governing and supervisory body.Given the Chinese government’s supervision practice in the common residence industry market,although some results have been achieved through the adoption of some regulatory procedures,the current supervision of shared accommodation still lacks special laws and regulations,underdeveloped government supervision concepts,and supervision methods are not available.Inadequate government oversight capacity and oversight mechanism need to be improved.Therefore,improving the system of supervision of joint residence and improving the effectiveness of supervision has become a challenge facing the Chinese government.The dissertation analyzes the current situation and problems of government supervision of joint residence platforms in China by using theoretical basis such as responsive supervision theory,public interest theory,collaborative governance theory,and the use of literature analysis and comparative analysis.Based on the experience of foreign government supervision of common residence,with the help of big data application technology,it proposes countermeasures and proposals to improve government supervision of China’s common residence industry,so as to standardize the market development,create a good working environment,and promote the innovation of the government supervision system.The dissertation first describes the background of research and the importance of research and research methods for government supervision of joint residence in China,while at the same time providing research results to local and foreign scientists on shared residence.Secondly,explain the meaning of participatory economy,shared housing,government supervision,and focus on the theoretical basis of government supervision of shared housing in China.This article focuses on the need for government oversight and specific measures to improve oversight.Therefore,the theory of responsive supervision should be the focus of the supporting theoretical article and collaborative governance theory and public interest theory are also important foundations for problem analysis.Thirdly,it analyzes the current status of the common residence industry in three respects:the characteristics of the common residence platform,the current supervision status of co-habitation,and the typical cases of chaos in the development process,and also provides the necessity of government supervision.After that,an in-depth analysis and discussion of the problems in government supervision of shared housing is carried out.It basically analyzes four angles of government oversight legislation,the concept of government oversight,the subject of government supervision,and the means of government supervision.In light of the problems with government supervision of shared housing,the causes are further analyzed.In addition,summarize,compare and learn from the experience of government supervision of joint residence in foreign countries,including the United States,France and Japan.Through comparative analysis,we study the experience of foreign government supervision of shared residence and enlightenment for the Chinese government’s supervision of co-housing.Finally,based on a comprehensive analysis of the full text,I put forward my own thoughts on how to improve the level of government supervision of shared housing in China.On the various hidden problems in the government supervision process,I tried to start from the laws and regulations of government supervision,the concepts of government supervision that the five dimensions of the subject of government supervision,the ability to supervise the government,and government supervision means the introduction of counter-measures and proposals.
