In our country primary school education is not only the basis of national education,but also shaping healthy personality.Young pioneers education has an important significance of moral education in primary school,it is a fact that nothing can replace its role.Activities and communication is the foundation of moral education,therefore,young pioneers activities is the basic of moral education.But in recent years,the research on the experiential moral education of young pioneers is short and not systematic and in-depth.This research is about young pioneers take part in activities,and understand the essence behind the activities,strengthen moral education,improve their moral quality.This study analyzes the theme of moral education activities,the aim is to enhance its effection.Young pioneers involved in the activities,experienced the joyment,enhanced their moral self-cultivation subtly.In this paper,we use lots of research methods,such as literature,questionnaire,interviews and so on.First,we analyse some related theories,and then we discuss the feasibility and necessity about the moral education of the young pioneers.FX primary school has a series of advanced practice about this,it is worth learning and absorbing,but in the development,it may encounter some problems.In order to promote the development of experiential moral education of young pioneers activities,in this research we used questionnaire to understand the specific operation in the process,and summarized something we should pay attention to.This research is divided into two parts: the first part is the introduction,it is about proposing the young pioneers activities problems,expounding the significance of this study,introducing the research methods and research ideas.The second part is the main body,which is made up of five chapters.The first chapter describes the theoretical basis of this study.It is about the defining of the young pioneers,experiential moral theme and young pioneers' activities,combining with the experiential nature and Kolb experience.The second chapter analyses the necessity and feasibility of developing experiential moral education of young pioneers activity.From the existing problems of young pioneers activities and physical and mental development of young pioneers to the necessity of the experiential moral characteristics.And from schools,families and communities this three aspects to carry out the feasibility of it.The third chapter is the basic situation of FX primary school about working experience activities on the moral education,in order to understand the specific problems in the development of experience based moral education.The fourth chapter introduces the advanced experience in FX primary school,it is about the theme of topics,the implementation of activities and the evaluation of the effects.In the last chapter,the author introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of implementing the advanced experience of FX primary school.In order to let the function of young pioneers activities play better,and respect the subject status of the young pioneers in the activities,this study tries to find a new type of moral education.After this,young pioneers can not only be happy through the process,and can mobilize their enthusiasm and initiative.
