Study On The Effectiveness Of Moral Education Of Young Pioneers

Young pioneers moral education work in school education occupies a pivotal position,is an important part of school moral education,the two complement each other,rely on each other.Young pioneers moral education work is counselor teacher through guiding the young pioneers organization,and self assessment at the end of the activity process,in order to deepen the young pioneers moral education effect,achieve the goal of moral education work in the young pioneers.The actual effect of moral education and improve the young pioneers,let the young pioneers moral education could be carried out effectively,make the young pioneers are more qualified successor is also a important part of the moral education system,is also the spirit of teachers and young pioneers counselors.This paper mainly by D city H primary school as a sample,with the help of the questionnaire and interviews and other ways to get a lot of firsthand material,and the analysis of relevant data,this paper research laid the foundation sufficient practice;In the process of data sorting to,continue to review of related literature,the latest relevant policy of moral education,and paying attention to the young pioneers to study smoothly laid a sufficient theoretical basis.This paper attempts to study H the situation of the implementation of the elementary school moral education work in the young pioneers to investigate its effectiveness.Full text consists of seven parts,the first part is introduction,mainly illuminates the problem put forward,and the research purpose and meaning,as well as the relevant concept definition and the main research method;The second part is literature review,mainly about the young pioneers the literature at home and abroad were reviewed and comb summary of moral education;The third part is the young pioneers the theoretical basis of moral education;The fourth part is the specific investigation and study of moral education should have the young pioneers,this also is the focus of this paper,by using a large amount of data to analyze the current situation of young pioneers H elementary school moral education,and actual effect of moral education is derived from the status quo of the young pioneers problems anddeficiencies;The cause analysis on the problem of moral education should have the fifth part is the young pioneers;The sixth part of the actual effect of moral education is to improve the young pioneers,resolution strategy,in this section,this paper mainly according to the problems mentioned above to extract and to deep mining,put forward concrete solving strategy,thus improving the young pioneers the actual effect of moral education;The seventh part is conclusion.I found in consult the predecessors’ research results,about the document of the young pioneers moral education aspect is very rare,and most is given priority to with journals;At the same time,in terms of writing perspective,research on the young pioneers from the eyas and reform of activities and so on to write for chapter,combined with the moral education and to study the effectiveness of almost no;In the actual investigation,they found a lot of the young pioneers moral education work from time to time be taken up in other courses,from time to time be counselors are dominated,the young pioneers are not occupied initiative,ignored its subject status,and sometimes and schools,families,communities and society,the separation in all at the same time,combined with my academic background and interest in writing,for data collection and data sorting after finished writing this paper,I hope this paper can provide follow-up studies with a valuable reference.
