Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Police Work In District D Of Dongguan City

With the continuous development of human society,community has become the main place of people’s life.The public security situation of community is directly related to the stability and harmony of the whole society.Community policing plays an important role in the social basic prevention and control work,mainly relying on the community,through the organization and coordination of the government,the people and all sectors of society,to participate in social governance,prevent and control the occurrence of crime,and maintain social security and stability.The traditional police mode is mainly to fight against crime.Its rough working mode not only does not restrain the crime,but also makes people dissatisfied with the public security work.In order to adapt to the social security situation in the new era,China has gradually formed a community policing mode with Chinese characteristics by learning from foreign community policing modes and advanced experience.The policing mode has changed from passive attack type to active prevention type,from management type to service type.To carry out community policing work is conducive to strengthening the basic construction of public security,to effectively prevent and control crime,and to form a good situation in which the whole people participate in public security prevention and control,and to improve the whole social public security environment by mobilizing all sectors of society to participate in the maintenance of public security.At present,China is in an important stage of economic structure transformation and upgrading,which has also led to a series of social contradictions.The form of social security has become more and more severe.It is urgent to further improve the community policing work mode and give full play to its basic role in the safety construction.In this paper,through the use of literature research,investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,based on the theory of collaborative governance,broken window theory,environmental prevention theory,the status of community policing in D District of Dongguan City is investigated.D District of Dongguan City,through continuous exploration of local practical community policing work mode,effectively reduces the adverse social impact of illegal and criminal acts,and plays an important role in the prevention and control of social security.However,in the community policing work,due to the inadequate management of the real population,houses and industrial sites,the lack of in-depth publicity and mobilization,the lack of coordination and coordination of contradictions and disputes,the lack of information awareness,the weak service awareness of the community police and other reasons,there are omissions in the basic public security management work of the community policing,the low level of public participation in the community policing,the weak work of resolving contradictions and disputes,and the weak foundation Basic information and data are not accurate,community police service is not in place and other issues,the basic functions of community police do not play a real role.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the current community policing work in D District of Dongguan City,and drawing on the successful experience and practices of community policing at home and abroad,this paper respectively improves the level of public security management by improving the management mode;enhances the ability of mass prevention and mass governance;strengthens the investigation and resolution of contradictions and disputes;strengthens the informatization construction of community policing technology;improves the service awareness and level to optimize the community in D District of Dongguan City The district police work provides countermeasures and suggestions,further enhances the practical application ability of community police,improves the prevention and control effect of social security,and provides a strong guarantee for maintaining the stability of national social security.
