On The Social Adaptability Group Work Practice Of The Compulsory Isolation Of Drug Addicts About To Be Released

In recent years,the drug problem has become more and more serious,and a series of social problems are eroding the society.Although the government’s drug control work is in full swing,it has not fundamentally put an end to the phenomenon of drug abuse.The number of drug addicts is still rising,which also leads to more and more drug addicts facing the problem of returning to society.In the compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center,the most suitable service object for social work to intervene in social adaptation should be the compulsory isolation of drug addicts about to be released,that is,the compulsory isolation and rehabilitation personnel who release the compulsory isolation and rehabilitation within two months.Through the questionnaire survey and participatory observation,it is found that there are two main problems in their own social adaptation and the external environment of social adaptation.From the perspective of the individual level,there are some problems such as insufficient ability of personal conditions,personal psychological problems,and addiction.From the perspective of the external environment,there are also problems such as social support and communication,sub culture of drug use,and social discrimination.In view of these problems and the corresponding needs of the service object,on this basis,a targeted group activity plan is designed,the group members are recruited in combination with the actual situation,and five group activities are carried out.Based on the theory of social adaptation and the theory of re socialization,the group work method is used to intervene in the improvement of social adaptability of drug addicts about to be released,so as to improve the social adaptability to a certain extent The ability of social adaptation and psychological adaptation of the members of the group were also discussed.At the same time,the evaluation of all aspects of the group is also carried out through the evaluation scale.The evaluation results show that the group work improved the psychological adaptability and social adaptability of the members of the group,alleviates their worries about the return to society,and plays an important role in promoting the smooth return of the members of the group.Finally,combined with the practical research carried out in this paper,while summing up the practical effect,the in-depth professional reflection also found many problems and deficiencies,including the preparation before the start of the group is not enough,the practical ability of social workers is not enough,there are certain problems in the group process,the evaluation of the group is not complete,and the follow-up service after the completion of the group work is not following First class,these still need to make a lot of efforts to improve.However,these studies also provide some experience for the improvement of social adaptability and the research of social work methods of detoxification.
