The drug problem is a chronic social disease faced by all countries in the world.At present,China’s social reform has entered a critical period and a deep-water area.Various social contradictions are intertwined and superimposed,and the factors that induce and breed the drug problem are increasing,posing a severe challenge to the drug control work.To fundamentally curb the spread of drugs,we must control and gradually reduce the number of drug users.In order to effectively reduce the number of drug addicts,a very key link is to help and guide drug addicts to return to society and reintegrate into society smoothly,effectively reduce the relapse rate of drug addicts,and prevent drug addicts from falling into the vicious cycle of drug abuse-drug rehabilitation-relapse-drug rehabilitation.Although the Chinese government has taken many measures to help drug addicts return to society and integrate into society in order to reduce the relapse rate of drug addicts,due to the influence of various factors such as system design,social concept,family factors and personal reasons,drug addicts can not return to society normally,resulting in a series of life problems and seriously disturbing the social management order,It has become a major hidden danger affecting the coordinated development of China’s economy and society and building a socialist well-off society.Taking g compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center in Guangdong Province as an example,based on the research on the current situation of drug addicts,through in-depth return visit and investigation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current management situation of drug addicts after returning to society,analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the management of drug addicts after returning to society,and explores the establishment of a social management model to effectively prevent drug addicts from relapse,Put forward suggestions to promote drug addicts to truly return to society and integrate into society.
