Investigation On The Sense Of Belonging Of Young Pioneers

The Young Pioneers are a unique youth organization in China and a mass organization under the leadership of the Party.Young Pioneers’ sense of organizational belonging is recognition of the party and the state,is generated and developed in the collective,is the group identity of the Young Pioneers,and is also the need for their political socialization.Cultivate their understanding and love of the party and the country through the sense of belonging of the young pioneers.Since the whole child joins the team,there has been a general decrease in the sense of belonging of the young pioneers to the organization.The "Young Pioneers Reform Plan" also clearly pointed out that the young Pioneers’ current sense of honor and poor organizational belonging are the main problems of the Young Pioneers.This points the way for the Young Pioneers ’work and puts forward requirements for the Young Pioneers’ research.Therefore,no matter from the background of the times or the development of young pioneers,it is necessary to enhance the sense of organizational belonging of young pioneers.On the basis of understanding and mastering the basic knowledge of the young pioneers,the young pioneers accept and identify with the organizational goals and values of the young pioneers,and participate in various activities of the young pioneers as young pioneers,so as to promote the overall development of the young pioneers and themselves.The specific contents can be explained from the three aspects of young pioneers’ sense of identity,loyalty and responsibility.Based on the concept of the young pioneers organization belonging,from three dimensions to compile the young pioneers organization belonging questionnaires as a research tool,using the method of stratified sampling with city,county,township as the division standard,374 B,extraction,three urban and rural schools in 4 to 6 grade young pioneers as the research sample,from the young pioneers team to the identity of the young pioneers,loyalty,sense of responsibility of the young pioneers organization from three dimensions: the status quo.The results showed that the sense of organizational belonging of the young pioneers showed a positive and positive tendency on the whole,but the sense of organizational belonging of the young pioneers varied in the three dimensions of sense of identity,sense of loyalty and sense of responsibility as the grade increased.Compared with male young pioneers,female young pioneers have a stronger sense of belonging to the organization.The young pioneers who are now or used to be team members have a stronger sense of organizational belonging;The young pioneers in urban schools had higher sense of identity,loyalty and responsibility for the young pioneers than those in county towns and villages.There was no significant difference in the cognitive sense,sense of responsibility and sense of loyalty between the young pioneers in the county and the township.Based on the interviews with young pioneers and counselors and the survey results,it is analyzed that individuals,schools,families and society influence the sense of belonging of young pioneers.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the ideological and political guidance and establish the sense of belonging to the organization to promote and enhance the sense of belonging of the young pioneers.Create a democratic and harmonious organizational environment and feel the sense of belonging;To enrich the activities of the young pioneers and experience the sense of belonging;Take the family society as the platform,promote the sense of belonging of the organization,and better play the leading role of the young pioneers to the young pioneers.
