Research On The Immigration Inspection Of Kunming Airport Based On The Theory Of Coordinated Governance

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of global economy and society and the increasing activity of international ports,the immigration inspection of airport ports has been facing higher and higher challenges,and there are more and more comprehensive problems in the immigration inspection.The current immigration inspection is lack of flexibility,the governance mode is single,and it is difficult to adapt to the more and more changes in ports.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and explore the feasibility of collaborative governance of immigration inspection.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,this paper combs the governance subjects that can participate in the work of immigration inspection,studies the cases of collaborative governance of immigration inspection that have been formed and are starting.Through the specific analysis of the cases,it finds the window of collaborative governance of Kunming Immigration Inspection,and forms the specific path of collaborative governance.There are some problems in the Kunming Immigration Inspection,such as insufficient authority of main body,imperfect cooperation mechanism and low rate of information resource sharing.It’s difficult to deal with the rapidly changing port situation by single hand.Under the background of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,through collaborative governance,a governance bridge with intergovernmental departments,enterprises,social organizations and the public is built,and the responsibilities and functions of collaborative governance are established to open a new situation of Kunming Immigration Inspection.Through combing the actual cases of collaborative governance of five immigration inspection stations,this paper finds out the characteristics and commonness,and finally draws up four paths of collaborative governance of Kunming Immigration Inspection.
