Research On Tax Inspection And Management Problems In Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new historical period,and how to better play the effectiveness of national governance occupies an important position.As an important part of national governance,tax governance continues to deepen the overall goal of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.As the last line of defense of tax collection and administration,tax inspection is an important part of the reform of tax collection and administration system and an important subject to promote the modernization of tax governance.Under the background of tax collection and administration system reform,it is urgent to consolidate the effectiveness of the reform,solve the problems faced by the current tax inspection,further improve the management of tax inspection,and promote the formation of tax inspection and governance model.By using the literature analysis method and the case analysis methods,guided by the theory of holistic governance,and taking the tax inspection bureau of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone as a case,this paper focuses on the analysis and research of organizational structure,tax audit cases,cadre management,information construction and department cooperation,and summarizes the problems and causes of tax audit management,such as low efficiency of case investigation,unclear positioning of tax audit,uncoordinated department cooperation,reduced work enthusiasm and backward information process.It is urgent to improve the organization structure,scientific inspection concept,normalization of department cooperation,specialization of team construction and intelligent information construction.The main innovation is to select the tax inspection bureau of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone with geographical advantages and special organizational structure for case analysis based on the actual working data.On this basis,this paper uses the holistic governance theory to put forward optimization suggestions.
