| Good peer communication has positive influence on the socialization development of migrant children and the integration into cities,and the ability of peer communication is the key to promote the smooth development and implementation of peer communication.But in floating children’s own introverted,parents,parenting,there exist deviations in consciousness as well as the school a variety of internal and external factors such as insufficient attention,under the joint action of the communicative ability is insufficient,the floating children’s companion which will result in floating children related problems in peer exchanges,affect their peer exchanges smoothly,does not favor the floating children’s social development and into the city.In practice,the author found that the 4 ~ 6 year old floating children’s peer communication ability is insufficient,and empirical studies have shown that 4 ~ 6years old is a critical period for the development of children’s peer communication ability,so a practical study was carried out to improve the 4 ~ 6 year old floating children’s peer communication ability.This study used the questionnaire of 4 ~ 6 years old children’s peer interaction ability of C in kunming,yunnan province in the community of 30 migrant children aged 4 ~ 6 years companion measure skills,combined with the interview method,observation method,further understanding of floating children aged 4 ~ 6 years company skills,the survey found floating children aged 4 ~ 6 years peer interaction initiative deficiencies in the process of peer exchanges,language expression ability is weak,the lack of the pro-social behavior problems.In this regard,under the guidance of the dominant perspective theory,social learning theory and mirror theory,this study carried out seven group activities with the theme of "friendship grows with me" to the selected 6 service objects,so as to improve their peer communication ability.The results showed that the peer communication ability of the six service objects was significantly improved.The complementary theory has a significant effect on the team’s performance.After that,the author reflected and summarized the experience in the practice process. |
