Research On Youth Voluntary Service In University From The Perspective Of Project Management

Voluntary service is an important sign of the social civilization progress.Under the background of the new era,voluntary service develops rapidly in our country and actively promotes the continuous improvement of social governance.As the main force of voluntary service,youth shoulder social responsibility and historical mission,and play an important role in various fields of voluntary service.The development of youth voluntary service in Colleges and universities is an important way and means of Ideological and political education for college students,which is conducive to improving the personal quality of college students,achieving good educational effect and promoting the harmonious development of society.However,there are still many problems in the actual operation of college youth voluntary service,such as loose organization,insufficient guarantee,limited level of specialization,lack of funds,and service becoming mere formality,which restrict the development of voluntary service.As an effective management method,project management can provide necessary help to solve these problems.With the support of project management,the participation needs of youth volunteer service activities in Colleges and universities can be met,which provides new ideas for volunteer organization and management.Based on the advanced experience of excellent cases at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the voluntary service of college youth: building a perfect management system,strengthening the correct guidance of voluntary organizations;building a guaranteed legal system,increasing the protection of volunteers;building a complete human resources system,improving the professional level of voluntary service;building a diversified financing system,improving the support of government departments and social organizations;building a public opinion system with the participation of the whole people,and enhance the value identification of young people.This paper aims to make the management of voluntary services for young people in colleges and universities more scientific and standardized.College students can identifywith the spirit of voluntary services,and take it as an internalized action consciousness,so as to achieve better education effect.At the same time,the establishment of effective management mode of college volunteer service or other volunteer service organizations in the new period is of reference significance,which can provide decision-making reference for the future development of volunteer service.
