Research On The Strategy Of Improving Rueal Grid Management Ability In The Era

At present,China’s social development has entered a new era.The modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capacity is the top priority in achieving the "two centenary goals".With the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the modernization of rural governance has also become an important core of the country’s development and a top priority for the full realization of the Xiaokang.As the main hand in rural governance,grid management plays an extremely important role in the rural governance system,especially at the stage when rural society is facing major social changes,its comprehensive management work is also facing many new problems and challenges.Only by constantly improving the level of comprehensive rural governance and effectively resolving the management responsibilities of rural social affairs,to adapt to the rural reform and development and to meet the needs of farmers for a better life is the key to ensure the stability and well-being of the vast rural areas and the realization of the majority of rural people living in peace and contentment.As an important grasp of rural governance and an effective means of comprehensive governance in Rural Society,grid management plays an important role in rural grass-roots social governance,in order to improve the level of rural governance in an all-round way,after a comprehensive review of the relevant literature on Social Management and the research results and literature on Social Governance and grid management of scholars at home and abroad,we have found an effective way to promote rural grid management,taking tanlong office of Yanjin County(former Xiaotan township)as an example,especially on the basis of Participatory Governance Theory,New Public Service theory and seamless government theory,through consulting materials and field research methods,this paper sums up the effect of the implementation of the rural gridmanagement,and points out that it is helpful to improve the efficiency of the government,the ability of social governance and the self-image of the grass-roots government.While summing up the results of the rural grid management work,the weak links and prominent problems in the process of the rural grid management are focused on sorting out,it points out that there are some weak links in the division of responsibility area,the construction of information platform and the improvement of personnel quality in the rural grid management,under the current conditions,there are some problems in the grid management,such as the lack of management knowledge,the inconspicuous management resultant force and the unsustainable management effect.These problems have become the key factors that seriously affect the effectiveness of the rural grid management work.Under the macroscopic background that the state proposes to improve the social comprehensive governance ability and perfect the social governance system construction,doing a good job in the Times of Rural Grid Management has an extremely important practical role and long-term impact.While concentrating on sorting out the problems existing in the rural grid management,the difficulties and challenges in the implementation of the grid management mechanism will be intensively interpreted in the light of the background of the new era and the trend of the national macro-policy,the paper focuses on the detailed and careful analysis of the characteristics of the grid management in the new era,such as the complexity,virtualization and generalization of space,the paper also puts forward some strategic suggestions on mechanism innovation,team construction and personnel training of grid management.
