Research On The Handling And Guiding Public Opinion In Police Affairs

Nowadays,China is being in a crucial period of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and the work of public security organs is facing unprecedented new situations,problems,and challenges.Strengthening the construction of the public security staff and shaping a good image of people’s police are main bases of the public security work in the context of the new situation.With the in-depth integration of the internet era and new media,some We Media and Client,such as "double micro",QQ,and APP,are in the ascendant,and public security work has become the forefront position focused by all sectors of society and news media.Strengthening and improving the work of the handling and guiding public opinion in police affairs,promoting ability of the handling and guiding public opinion in police affairs,controlling the initiative and the right to speak in guiding the handling of public opinion,reducing the negative impact of negative police-related public opinions on public security work,have become an important topic for the leading cadres at all levels and the vast majority of police of the public security organs.From the perspective of the theory of public administration,first,we mainly used the literature review,comparative analysis,case analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other methods,supplemented by pictures and tables,to summarize the basic concepts,relevant theories and significance of the handling and guiding policerelated public opinions,through learning from domestic and foreign relevant academic theory and some internal data of Tianjin public security police disposal public opinion guide,combined with author’s personal experience in public security news publicity and police public opinion disposal and guidance work,drawing the lessons from the latest research results from domestic and foreign scholars and some leading cadres of public security organs in terms of the problems of handling and guiding police-related public opinions.Secondly,we introduce the current situation of the guidance of police-related public opinion disposal of public security organs,and point out the shortcomings and existing problems.Again,according to the empirical investigation of the satisfaction degree of police and the public,the level of the public security organ involved police disposal public opinion guide was evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,this study deeply studies the main causes of problems,and on the basis of this,from raising the ideological value,improving the early mechanism of warning monitoring,enhancing the level of ability construction,strengthening the cooperation between police and media,and providing a powerful human resources,financial,and material support,to summarize and extract some suggestions for handling and guiding public opinion in police affairs,in order to improve the level of the public security organ involved police disposal public opinion guide.
