Heilongjiang Province Public Security Organs Involved In Police Network Crisis Management Research

With the rapid development of the Internet,“MicroBlog、WeChat、Mobile Phone Client”and other new media technologies,the public tend to express their views and comments on the Internet openly but hiddenly.Under the huge pressure,the Police have been forced face the social contradiction,and the increasing crisis caused by network consensus.Recently,although the Police had made more sense of management of network consensus crisis,and taken a serial application to solve these crisis,there are still many task,such as backward technology,unfulfilled management training,weak team work,unsound administration system,which all make serious influence on credibility and self-building.Combined with practical work experience,starting from the concept,characteristics,causes and evolution of the Police’s network consensus crisis,using the analysis method: literature research,case analysis,chart analysis and etc,this paper present the current situation,interpret the representative cases,analysis existing issue based on the management of network consensus crisis of Heilongjiang Province,and propose strategy of building platform and constructing mechanism on prevention,management,restoration.
