Study On Refined Governance Of Family Economic Status Verification For Social Assistance In Tianjin

Family economic status verification for social assistance is the foundation of new social assistance system.Under the current situation of poverty alleviation,the work of verification,as the important precondition of targeting social assistance,attaches more importance to high accuracy and efficiency.Refined governance must be achieved in all aspects.For Tianjin,the work of verification has been started for just over two years and is inevitably facing lots of difficulties and challenges during the transition period from start to maturity.This thesis aims to analyze local verification work from the perspective of refined governance,combining both theory and practice.Through literature analysis,the present studies on verification work at home and abroad are sorted out,the theory of refined governance and the theory of targeting are expounded,both the development and the achievements of verification work are introduced;By doing surveys and factor analysis,the five main influencing factors of refined governance are extracted,namely “accurate verification”,“team building”,“target group management”,“efficient and convenient service”,“investment in capital and facilities”.After in-depth discussion,the main problems existing in refined governance of verification work are classified and the causes of them are explored;Through comparative analysis of domestic and international verification work practices in typical areas,the author sums up their experience worthy of learning and puts forward feasible suggestions to improve the refined governance of family economic status verification for social assistance.
