| Developing a modern and international innovation-oriented city is the new strategic objective put forward in the light of global vision,strategic vision and the mission of the SAR by Shenzhen municipal government.Citizens are the carriers of the urban civilization.Modernization of citizens is an important prerequisite for the realization of City’s modernization.In order to achieve the modernization of citizens,enhancing the quality of public civilization is the most important step.After years of civilized quality-oriented education for citizens,the civilized behavior of Shenzhen has been at the forefront of the country in many fields.However,compared with most modern international metropolis and the new goal of developing a modern and international innovation-oriented city put forward by Shenzhen government,it’s a long journey for Shenzhen to promote civilized quality-oriented education.What’s more,in 2019,a new strategic goal was fully supported by the Central Party Committee and Chinese State Council,which is to transform Shenzhen into the first socialist demonstration area.In recent years,with the development of urban hardware conditions,the government has begun to shift their focus to construct the urban soft power,especially in the civilized quality-oriented education for citizens.More and more academic researches of civilized quality-oriented education for citizens appear in academics and government agencies at home and abroad.From these researches,we can find that most of the scholars and experts make the analysis more about the connotations,current situations and functions of civic quality-oriented education,including the promotion path and the actual effects.The thesis is intended for the study of civilized quality-oriented education for citizens in Shenzhen,that is based on the socialist core values,public participation and the theory of collaborative governance.The thesis uses summarizing documents method,investigate method and field interviews method to expound the key practice of civilized quality-oriented education.It also focuses on the basic situation of civilized quality of Shenzhen and the current difficulties and problems that the city faces in civilized quality-oriented education.In order to solve these problems,more analysis on countermeasures to promote civilized quality-oriented education should be put forward,based on the successful experiences and practices in civilized quality-oriented education from developed countries and the reality and characteristics of Shenzhen.Socialist core values should play a leading role in strengthening civilized quality-oriented education for citizens.Making further efforts to improve various educational construction.In the meanwhile,more efforts should be made on public participation,cooperative governance,system of rewards and penalties and environmental education in order to improve the civilized quality of citizens. |
