A reasonable and benign flow of university teachers can promote the academic prosperity in the field of universities,improve the internal structure of universities in the region,and promote the stable and healthy development of universities.Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,the relationship between universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become close.Due to the influence of the economic development and regional advantages of Beijing and Tianjin,university teachers are gathering in Beijing and Tianjin.The imbalance of the flow of university Teachers in Hebei Province is becoming prominent.Therefore,the analysis and discussion of the factors that affect the flow of teachers become a necessary condition for promoting the reasonable flow of university Teachers in Hebei Province.Research takes the influencing factors of university Teachers’ flow intention in Hebei Province as the research object,using literature summary,data analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis as the research methods.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of university Teachers in Hebei Province,it analyzes the influencing factors of university Teachers’ flow intention by telephone return visit.Based on this,combined with structural equation model,research designs a questionnaire survey on the flow intention of Hebei university teachers,analyzes and summarizes the basic personal situation,personal factors,family factors,University factors,social factors,etc.,and uses structural equation statistical analysis method to further quantify the relationship between the factors affecting the flow of university teachers and the influence degree of each factor.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to promote and guarantee the reasonable flow of university teachers.The results show that: 1)the characteristics flow of Hebei university teachers are as follows: the economic level and the academic atmosphere are not high,which leaded to the polarization of the inflow and outflow of talents in Hebei Province,and the flow of personnel is mainly composed of young and middle-aged academic backbones with highlevel doctoral degree.2)there are differences among the influencing factors of the flow of Hebei university teachers,and the most influential factor is the University factor.3)Based on the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of the intention of University Teachers’ flow,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:universities should improve the promotion system and pay full attention to talents;universities should improve the performance reward and punishment system and try to be fair;the government should regulate the flow of university teachers in policy-making;establish a reasonable and perfect academic labor market system;the government establish a perfect person Talent flow system;the government strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality,the government guide teachers to focus on academic;the government enhance the awareness of rights and responsibilities of university teachers;the government attach importance to the placement of family members of teachers.Figure29;Table20;Reference 54...
