Analysis And Optimization Of Villager Autonomy In Rural Areas Of Southern Hebei In The New Era

Villager autonomy is an important aspect of rural grassroots social governance.In the blueprint for the construction of the national governance system in the new era,villager autonomy has attracted much attention as one of the three core connotations of the construction of the rural grassroots social governance system.Judging from the existing research,research on villager autonomy mainly focuses on the theoretical level.There is still much room for exploration in the empirical research and optimization analysis of villager autonomy based on the region.In view of this,taking villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei as the research theme in the new era,the implementation of the path of villager autonomy is optimized and analyzed on the basis of summarizing,evaluating and analyzing the path of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei.Improving the level of villager autonomy in rural areas in southern Hebei has certain significance for building a modern rural governance system in rural areas in southern Hebei and reducing the cost of social governance in rural areas in southern Hebei.This article analyzes the internal logic of the implementation of the path of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei,the status qua of villager autonomy and the influencing factors of villager autonomy.The article first summarizes the path of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei,and sorts out the path dimensions and main influencing factors of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei through empirical research and theoretical analysis,and establishes an evaluation index system of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei based on this.Secondly,the article uses the entropy method to evaluate the status quo of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei in the new era,and uses structural equation model to analyze the influencing factors in the implementation of the path of villager autonomy in rural areas of southern Hebei.Finally,depending on the results of the model calculation and theoretical analysis,the optimization of the villagers’ autonomy path in rural areas of southern Hebei is explored and analyzed.Through research,it is found that the overall level of villager autonomy in rural areas in southern Hebei still has room for improvement;from the analysis of individual indicators,the enthusiasm of grassroots organizations and individual villagers in rural areas in southern Hebei needs to be strengthened.In comparison,traditional culture has a strong influence on villager autonomy at this stage;from the analysis of the implementation process of villager autonomy path,compared with traditional culture,the element of grassroots organizations and individual villagers,villager autonomy is more obviously affected by the grassroots government.Reflected in the service capacity of the grassroots government.Optimizing villager autonomy in rural areas in southern Hebei,improving the public service supply capabilities of grassroots governments,cultivating villagers’ recognition of excellent traditional culture,enhancing villagers’ willingness to participate in self-government,and strengthening grassroots organization construction are important breakthroughs in improving villager autonomy in rural areas in southern Hebei.
