Research On The Development Dilemma Of Community Funds From The Perspective Of Stakeholder Theory

In the context of promoting the development and governance of urban and rural communities and building high-quality,harmonious and livable living communities,community funds have emerged as the times require.With the reform and development of the social governance structure,the government has begun to innovate the social governance model,exploring and changing from the "top to bottom" to the "bottom to top" model,fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of residents,realizing residents’ self-management and self Autonomous model of residents served.The community fund is an important result of this innovation.As a new organizational form,the community fund is still in the stage of exploration and "trial and error" in many links,and a perfect community fund operation and development mechanism has not yet been formed,which makes the community The development of the new fund is facing a series of problems and challenges.Therefore,it is the focus of this article to rationally and scientifically grasp the plight of various stakeholders in the operation of community funds,analyze the causes of the plight of the operation correctly,and propose a solution to the problem.Existing research analyzes community funds from the role of community governance and operation mode.Overall,there is relatively little research on community funds,and research on the development dilemma of community funds at the micro level has not formed a complete research system.In view of this,this article is based on the perspective of stakeholder theory,taking the community fund of Y district as a case,the development dilemma as the research content,using field research methods,participating in observation and informal interviews to collect first-hand materials,and the development of community funds Analyze the predicament.The study found that in the development of community funds,there are problems that the community has no time to take care of,the unit is the main target of the project,the management committee is inadequate,the willingness of business enterprises to donate is low,and the residents’ participation is low.Incomplete system construction,inadequate internal mechanism of the management committee,low social responsibility of businessmen,solidified residents’ concepts,weak sense of autonomy,imperfect cooperation mechanisms among various stakeholders,and lack of attention to long-term communication mechanisms.In order to promote the sustainable development of community funds,it is necessary to enable communities to shift their administrative tasks to community governance,speed up the construction of the community fund system,improve the internal mechanism of the management committee,improve the sense of corporate social responsibility of businesses,change the concept of residents,actively participate in community autonomy,and strengthen various interests The cooperation and communication of relevant parties,promote the perfect development of community funds,better play its role in community governance,and promote the construction of beautiful communities.Through the research in this article,under the guidance of theory,the community funds are investigated and analyzed during the operation process,and suggestions for improvement are proposed,which leads to thinking about community funds,which helps to effectively play the role of community funds in community governance.Realize residents’ pursuit of a better life.
