Research On Operation Management Of Lishui Public Safety Video Surveillance System

With the development of information technology has advanced by leaps and bounds,the maturity of big data and intelligent applications since the inception of the new century,the application of information technology in real life is becoming more and more widespread.During this period,the video surveillance technology has also been continuously improved and developed.It is playing an increasingly important role in the field of social public safety management,and its scope of application is becoming wider and wider.Public safety video surveillance is an important technical means to ensure social public safety,maintain social stability,prevent terrorist incidents and combat illegal crimes in the new situation,and is an important part of the construction of a public safety prevention and control system under dynamic and informatized conditions.It is an important support for the modernization and technicalization of the level of government governance that has very important practical significance for innovating government governance methods,improving the social public environment,and improving the level of public safety management.This article that studies the current situation of Lishui City public safety video surveillance system operation management,through questionnaires and interviews to understand the main problems of current management,and then analyze the reasons for the problems,and finally propose a reasonable optimization strategy for the problems takes Lishui City public safety video surveillance system operation management as the research object.This article mainly uses literature research,questionnaire surveys,field observations and interview surveys to conduct research.It uses public safety management theory and government governance theory to research the current status and main problems of the operation management of Lishui public safety video surveillance system.Through research,it is found that the main problems existing in the operation and management of Lishui public safety video surveillance system are uneven management staff,and low overall cultural level till;he management system is not perfect,which is not conducive to coordination between management departments;the operation and maintenance system is not perfect,and the operation and maintenance management is not in place;insufficient sharing and networking,and information barriers between departments;the front-end point layout is irrational,repeated construction leads to serious waste of resources;low intelligence rates,slow equipment upgrades.Based on the actual situation in Lishui,this paper,through further analysis and research,draws on the advanced experience in the operation and management of public safety video surveillance systems at home and abroad,and finally puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the operation management of public safety video surveillance systems in Lishui: improve talent management system,improve management specifications;improving relevant laws,regulations and systems to ensure that laws can be followed;improve operation and maintenance system and strengthen operation and maintenance management;strengthening the government’s leadership,improving the resource sharing system of public video surveillance;strengthen top-level design,scientifically design layout;improving the system upgrade and transformation system,and timely performing system upgrades and transformation till.
