| In fact,psychological contract is about what should be paid to each other in the employment relationship between the organization and its members? And what can we get? This is the definition of psychological contract put forward by Argyris,a famous researcher of management psychology,in 1960.He believes that psychological contract in this sense should include two parts,that is,the expectation and perception of each other’s responsibilities and obligations.Under the current background of building a governance pattern of governance and sharing community,based on modern human resource management and management psychology,this paper explores the content and structure dimensions of psychological contract between community neighborhood committee and community social workers,which has a very important impact on the better cooperation between community neighborhood committee and community social workers.However,looking at the psychological contract research,it is not difficult to find that most of the research is focused on the enterprise organization,and the research on the public sector or social organizations is very few.Therefore,the introduction of psychological contract theory between community residents’ committee and community social workers can effectively help community residents’ committee to better manage community social workers,and effectively promote the relationship between community residents’ committee and community social workers,which is a very meaningful new idea.Based on the above background,this paper makes an in-depth study on the psychological contract between community residents’ committee and community social workers,and the management problems caused by it.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and statistical analysis,the paper obtains the questionnaire of psychological contract between community residents’ committee and community social workers,discusses the content and structural dimension of psychological contract between them,and tries to analyze the potential impact of demographic variables on their psychological contract.In this context,this study is to study the psychological contract of civil servants and the related management problems.By using the methods of literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper compiles the psychological contract questionnaire of civil servants in China,discusses the content structure and characteristics of the psychological contract,and analyzes the impact of demographic characteristics on it.Through the above analysis,the conclusion is that the psychological contract between the community neighborhood committee and the community social workers can be elaborated from three dimensions of the responsibility of both parties,that is,the responsibility of the community neighborhood committee and the responsibility of the community social workers,which includes transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension.This proves the theory of three-dimensional structure of psychological contract put forward by Li Yuan,Zhu Xiaomei and other domestic scholars.In addition,the study also found that: the expectations of community residents’ committee and community social workers for each other’s psychological contract are far higher than the perception of psychological contract.The expectation and perception values of the psychological contract between the community residents’ committee and the community social workers are also different in each dimension.The community residents’ committee is more concerned about the performance of the responsibility in the transaction dimension,but the community social workers are more concerned about the performance of the responsibility in the relationship dimension.Different demographic characteristics have different influence on the expectation and perception of psychological contract between community residents’ committee and community social workers.Therefore,according to the above conclusions,according to the different emphases of psychological contract between the community neighborhood committee and the good community social workers,the paper puts forward the corresponding management methods to ensure the good development of the relationship between the community neighborhood committee and the community social workers.This paper not only enriches the research field of psychological contract theory,but also provides some reference for the management of psychological contract between community residents’ committee and community social workers in China,contributes to the construction of the relationship between harmonious community residents’ committee and community social workers,and also provides a meaningful reference for the construction of a new pattern of co governance and shared community governance. |
