Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Chongqing Book Publishing Supervision

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s spiritual and cultural needs are increasing.As a part of spiritual and cultural products,book publishing has been playing an important role in realizing people’s spiritual and cultural public needs and meeting people’s public welfare.In 2019,the reform of Jinan Department System of government’s reengineering behavior will put the press and publication administration under the management of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.The ideological management of book publishing is more important than before,marking one of the main positions of ideological work undertaken by book publishing,and we must firmly grasp the discourse power of ideological work.As a part of public management,it is very important for the propaganda department to make good use of public power in public management.Under the management of the press and Publication Bureau,although the publishing body of Chongqing has been transformed from planned development to independent development,and has become better in the past few years,theme publishing and comprehensive publishing have made some achievements,but after the reform,there are still many remaining problems in the publishing house,which is in a relatively backward position nationwide.From the perspective of supply side reform,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of book publishing development and supervision in Chongqing,such as resource allocation,book number allocation and human resource allocation in the field of book publishing.The focus of this paper is to study how to make good use of the public management authority,stick to their own social responsibility,do a good job in ideological control,guide and manage the book publishing units in Chongqing.Based on the theory of public management and the management problems in book publishing,this paper analyzes the relevant data of Chongqing book publishing house in the past five years from the perspective of book publishing managers.Find out the reasons for the problems in the book publishing management of the press and Publication Bureau,put forward relevant countermeasures for the problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of how to manage the book publishing well.It is mainly divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction;the second part is the current situation of Chongqing book publishing resources;the third part is based on the theory of resource allocation to analyze the existing problems and the reasons behind;the fourth part is to use public power to guide the development of book publishing units.
