Research On The Scope Of Publishing Of Government Information

The publishing of government information ("PGI"), of which China has achieved certain progress in terms of legislation and practice, is an inevitable demand for the development of democracy and rule of law, as well as an effective protection to improve people's rights to know and strengthen the supervision on government conducted by the people.This article, in respect of implementation of PGI by Shanghai Administration of Industry and Commerce, on the basis of actual data and case and laying emphasis on the scope of PGI, will analyze the current existing issues and research the deep-seated reasons so as to present proposals to solve problems of current stage which affecting the scope of PGI of China.
