Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of the national science and technology innovation system,the improvement of the technological innovation capability of military-civilian integration enterprises can not only enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also promote scientific and technological progress and promote social development.Based on the analysis results,it is important to improve the technical innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises in China.It is of great significance to improve the international competitiveness of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises.First of all,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the technological innovation of military-civilian integration enterprises and military-civilian integration enterprises;introduces the theoretical basis of technological innovation efficiency and the connotation of technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises;analyzes the current situation of technological innovation of military-civilian integration enterprises in China,and finds out the status quo of technological innovation of military-civilian integration enterprises in China The problems existing in the technological innovation of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises.Secondly,this paper initially selects the input-output indicators for evaluating the technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises,and uses the group decision-making root method to screen the input-output indicators of primary selection.According to the screening results,combined with the technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises The environmental variables have been constructed to suit the technical innovation efficiency evaluation index system of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises.Then,this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises to avoid the shortcomings of the traditional DEA model.In the first stage,the traditional DEA model is used to measure the technological innovation efficiency of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises.In the second stage,the stochastic frontier model is used to carry out regression analysis on the environmental variables affecting the technological innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration enterprises,and the influence of environmental factors and random errors is removed to obtain new input values.In the third stage,using the new input value obtained in the second stage,the technical innovation efficiency of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises is re-calculated,and the measured results can more accurately represent the technological innovation efficiency level of China’s military-civilian integration enterprises.Finally,this paper analyzes the research results in depth,from strengthening technical research and development efforts,cultivating technology research and development talents,optimizing shareholding structure,increasing government support,promoting mergers and acquisitions,and promoting cooperation between Chinese and non-state-owned enterprises in military-civilian integration enterprises.The countermeasures for improving the efficiency level of technological innovation of military-civilian enterprises in China are given.
