Research On Efficiency Of Technological Innovation In Electronic Information Industry Under The Development Strategy Of Civil Military Integration

In 2017,in order to further implement China’s military-civilian integration development strategy,China’s electronic information industry formally established the Military-civilian Integration Promotion Committee.The establishment of the committee is mainly to guide the market as the main body,and to promote the further development and improvement of the military-civilian integration recommendation work system by combining various aspects,so as to effectively promote the in-depth development of China’s electronic information field to the military-civilian integration industry.The integration of military and civilian has always been at the forefront of the development of the electronic information industry,and has been given full attention by relevant departments in China,so the integration of military and civilians is the key aspect and field of future development.The integration of military and civilian in the electronic information industry not only includes the entire industrial chain of electronic information,but also includes many popular areas,such as: intelligent manufacturing.For the development of the industry,its future is full of opportunities.Therefore,the innovation of the electronic information industry under the military-civilian integration development strategy is crucial,how to effectively promote the development and innovation of the electronics industry,and then promote its transformation and speed,how to effectively promote the goal of military-civilian integration.Based on this background,this paper takes ten electronic information industries in China as samples,uses Super-SBM model to measure the future technological innovation efficiency and development dynamics of these ten electronic information industries,and then conducts Malmquist index analysis on its changes;The technological innovation efficiency changes in the electronic information industry for ten years were analyzed using the σ convergence method.After empirical analysis,it is concluded that the value of technological innovation efficiency of the electronic information industry in the past ten years under the military-civilian integration development strategy is constantly changing and fluctuating.In the low-integration industry of military-civilian integration technology,there is a serious lack of innovation investment.The medium-integration industry still needs to increase R&D expenditure internal expenditure and military-civilian integration to improve the efficiency of technological innovation.The highly integrated industry needs to effectively improve the efficiency of its technological innovation by increasing the number of military and civilian integration.According to the analysis of the convergence structure,it can be seen that the trend of the electronic information industry in terms of technological innovation is constantly changing and the stability is not high,but in general,the overall trend is gradually Zoom out.Finally,based on the improvement of the military-civilian integration innovation mechanism,it is first necessary to further strengthen technological innovation and effectively promote the improvement of the external innovation environment.Based on these conditions,the countermeasures for technological innovation and development of China’s electronic information industry are proposed in view of the development of China’s military-civilian integration.
