Research On The Strategic Value Of Rural Revitalization In China By Marx’s Thought Of Social Governance

Although the realization of the rural revitalization strategy is of profound significance to the Chinese nation and the Chinese people’s government,there is a definite gap between the current development of agriculture and the requirement that builds new era-socialism beautiful countryside.With the development of Chinese characteristics socialism and the deepening of modernization,as a short slab of current development and construction,the issue of “ three-agriculture” is the key of building a well-off society totally.The traditional governance model has difficulties in adapting to the dramatic changes in the current social environment.Upgrading the current governance model is an urgent problem that needs to be solved for our modernization construction of socialism.Reviewing the content of social governance thoughts in the classic works of Marxism has far-reaching theoretical and practical value for advancing the governance system,modernizing governance capacity,strengthening and creating social governance models.In 2018,China established the annual equinox as the “Farmers Harvest Festival”.Since2004,”Central First Document” has been referring to “Three Rural Issues” for consecutive sixteen years,which is enough to reflect the importance that the CPC Central Committee has always attached to the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Under the background that the urban-rural dual structure is still relatively obvious,that we will modernize rural governance is the key to promote the modernization of agriculture and achieve rural revitalization.What has far-reaching theoretical and practical value for building the way of agriculture modernization and realizing the rural revitalization strategy is to innovate rural governance models on the basis of Marx’s thought on social governance and to modernize rural governance systems and governance capabilities.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,it analyzes the formation and composition of Marx social governance thought,and further demonstrates what is the relationship between Marx’s thought of socialist governance and the rural revitalization strategy.And it draws the following conclusions: Marx social governance thought is the theoretical basis for practicing the rural governance of our country.Rural governance,as an important part of social governance,is the key to the rural revitalization strategy.At last,on this basis,the paper has probed the theoretical value and realistic value of Marx thought to the rural vitalization strategy.
