Research On Evolution Of Military-Civil Integration Collaborative Innovation Network Based On Patent Cooperation

The development of civil-military integration strategy is an important guarantee to enhance national defense strength and national economy.In the era of knowledge-based economy,collaborative innovation has become the source of power to enhance national scientific and technological strength and promote social productivity.Actually,Promoting military and civilian integration and innovation is to integrate high-end technologies for military and civilian then to promote social development.At present,social network research provides a new perspective for the visualization of complex social phenomena.At the same time,patent data is the main carrier of enterprise innovation results,and index analysis based on cooperative patent data has been widely used in collaborative innovation research.Based on this,this paper takes the status quo of military-civilian integration and collaborative innovation as the starting point,and according to the research ideas of network structure-network evolution-network optimization path,analyses the process of civil-military integration and innovation in China.Firstly,the theoretical foundation of civil-military integration collaborative innovation network provides ideas for the research of this paper.According to the law of patent data in the field of military-civilian integration,this paper describes the development status of civil-military integration and innovation from three dimensions:development trend,main competitiveness and key technologies,then finds out the problems in the process of civil-military integration collaborative innovation development.Secondly,the paper defines the connotation of the military-civilian integration collaborative innovation network structure,proposes the military-civilian integration collaborative innovation network structure analysis framework,and builds a military-civilian integration collaborative innovation network model.In addition,this paper reveals the elements of network and the motivation of network formation,and makes a quantitative analysis of civil-military integration collaborative innovation network from three aspects:the basic topological nature of network,the network community structure and the centrality of network nodes.Thirdly,the paper elaborates the connotation and analysis framework of the evolution of civil-military integration innovation network,and defines three stages of civil-military integration collaborative innovation network according to the development of cooperative patents.Based on the two perspectives of the ego—network and the whole network,this paper deeply analyses the evolution of the structure of the military integration collaborative innovation network,and reveals the evolution process of the spatial distribution of the military-civilian integration network from both internal and external aspects.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development of civil-military integration innovation network from the aspects of top-level design,internal mechanism,external coordination and social services.
