Research On The Formation And Symbiotic Evolution Mechanism Of The Innovation Ecosystem For Civil-Military Integration

The purpose of civil-military integration is to promote the two-way dissemination of advanced technology between military industrial organizations and civil population organizations,which is conducive to the effective use of military and civil resources.In the process of promoting civil-military integration and innovation,military enterprises,non-military enterprises,universities,scientific research institutes,intermediaries,financial institutions and relevant government departments,under the influence of common goals,interact with each other,collaborate in innovation,and form an innovation and cooperation network.With the deepening of civil-military integration,civil-military integration innovation has gone through the main stages of civil-military integration innovation cluster and civil-military integration innovation system,and is now moving towards the stage of civil-military integration innovation ecosystem.Innovative ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration is a new inevitable trend in the development of civil-military integration.However,because the research on innovation ecosystem is still in its infancy,there are few studies on innovation ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration.Based on this,this dissertation takes the innovative ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration as the research object,studies the innovative problems in civil-military integration from the perspective of ecosystem,and analyses the characteristics,formation mechanism and symbiotic evolution mechanism of the innovative ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration,so as to further enrich the existing theory of civil-military integration and innovative ecosystem,and help military and demographic enterprises to deeply understand civil-military integration.In the process of integration,the cooperative essence of innovation is carried out in the way of innovative ecosystem,and the efficiency of innovation and cooperation of military and civilian enterprises is improved.This dissertation explores the innovative ecosystem for civil-military integration from three aspects: characteristics,formation mechanism and symbiotic evolution mechanism.Firstly,this dissertation defines the concept of innovation ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration,compares the differences of cooperation between civilmilitary integration and non-military integration,and analyses the basic characteristics of core organizations,symbiosis of organizational modules,focusing on technological innovation and dual-market oriented in the innovation ecosystem oriented to civilmilitary integration.Secondly,it analyses the structure of innovative ecosystem for civil-military integration,explores the motivation of cooperation among members of the system,and analyses the influencing factors of the formation of innovative ecosystem for civil-military integration from macro,meso and micro perspectives.Then,based on logistic model and introducing technological innovation factors,a symbiotic evolution simulation model of innovative ecosystem oriented to civil-military integration is established to explore the impact of technological innovation factors on the scale of civilmilitary organizations in the ecosystem under different symbiotic modes.Finally,based on the successful case of civil-military integration of Beidou navigation system,the conclusion of this dissertation is verified.
