Research On The Impact Of Collaborative Innovation Network Of Civil Military Integration Enterprises On Enterprise Performance

The 2016 CPC Central Committee Politburo Conference deliberates and approves the "Opinions on the Integrated Development of Economic and Defense Construction," pointing out the need to upgrade the integrated development of military and private development to a national strategy.did.Military-Private sector integration strategy will help promote the development of the defense industry,strengthen our defense capabilities.strengthen our defense capabilities,and improve our country’s right to speak and initiative in the world.In the new era,The position of market in resource allocation has also changed.Several groups in research for the development of the depth of private-sector integration-Private companies build a military-ethnicity through joint technological innovation and development of external entities such as related organizations,schools.Collaboration through knowledge sharing actions with participants in integrated enterprises Innovation networks can acquire new knowledge and technologies.some military-civilian enterprises have developed collaborative innovation and development by external participants such as related organizations,schools,scientific research institutions,etc.Obtain relevant resources to improve promote the progress and of enterprises.This has great implications for military-private integration deep power generation,strengthening defense militarization and social economic development.Therefore,in this article,we will use knowledge sharing as a parameter and knowledge power as a parameter to deeply study the military-private sector collaboration innovation network and military-private sector improvement against the backdrop of military-private sector integration.In this study,we first discussed the situation he wrote,Then,by combing the relevant theoretical literature,it can be divided into two aspect that the net of collaborative innovation which is exist in companies that both have the background of civil and military contains the scale and density.We established a model which contains4 aspects,in this model,we study the net of collaborative innovation which is exist in companies that both have the background of civil and military,besides,company’s knowledge can be shared among the companies in this net,the performance of companies what we discussed will be influenced by the point above,and also,the power of knowledge should be concerned.Not only this paper use the basic data mesdurement method,but also we explore the way that were used by the students and scholar majored in math of economy to analyse 263 data.In this study,the characteristics of the net that we discussed are firstly concerned,the thing is how could companies that have the civil and military can make the performance up to a new step.At the end,conclusion can be made: First,the performance of civil military companies can be influenced by the basic two characteristics of net in which the civil companies and military companies are work together.Second,the sharing of knowledge,visually specking,is the bridge which the network in this paper’s scope of discussion effect the performance of companies that have the civil and military.Third,with the accretion of power of knowledge,the sharing of knowledge would be effected in a weaker way by the characteristics that can depict the portrait of net what disscussed in this paper.The conclusions of the study enrich the study of the military-the military on the performance of private sector integrated enterprises-the mechanism of the private sector integrated enterprise collaboration innovation network.Also,the introduction of knowledge power as a moderating variable.
