A Study On The Practice Of Consultative Democracy In Urban Community Governance

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we should continue to promote the development of deliberative democracy in our country towards a broader and more hierarchical direction.The governance of urban communities is a basic and major issue in urban management of our country.It is the most basic level for the people of our country to coordinate their own interests,and also the most representative of the people’s main body and the units participating in consultation Organization,from the perspective of our whole society,urban community in China is a micro society.The status of urban community can reflect the structure and status of the whole society to some extent.Therefore,the status of community governance can directly reflect the stability of our whole society.The status of community governance is closely related to every resident living in the city.Now with the rapid development of national politics and economy,the quality of life of our residents has been greatly improved,and the democratic consciousness of residents has also been greatly improved.In China’s political society,deliberative democracy is an extremely important form of people’s democracy.In our daily living community,a grass-roots platform,the development and practice of deliberative democracy will be relatively easier.The practice of deliberative democracy in the community,a grass-roots platform,is to realize residents’ autonomy,carry out grass-roots democratic construction and build a socialist harmonious community Effective way.Deliberative democracy is an important logical vision of the construction and development of the socialist modern community in China.It is consistent with the governance goal of the country.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical feasibility to combine such a concept with the governance of the urban community in China.The research object of this paper is the platform of X community meeting hall in Beijing.The research methods used in this paper are semi-structured interview and participatory observation.The research content of this paper is the construction process of the meeting hall in the project of X community meeting hall in Beijing,as well as the practical results and problems encountered in the practice process after the establishment of the meeting hall.Combined with the theory and current situation,it will improve the future society Regional consultation autonomy puts forward policies and suggestions,so as to help community democratic consultation and improve community governance capacity.
