Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,as is the employment of the disabled.For a long time,the employment of disabled people has been a hot issue of concern to the whole society.The employment of disabled people is a difficult and critical point in the economic and social development of a country and region.Whether people with disabilities can participate in social labor and achieve employment is not only related to their own interests,but also affects the economic development of a country and region.In more serious cases,it will affect the prosperity and stability of the entire society.Therefore,attaching importance to the employment of the disabled,narrowing the gap between the disabled and the able-bodied,and integrating the disabled into the larger family of society,have an important role in fully entering a well-off society and building a harmonious and beautiful society.Only when the employment rights and interests of persons with disabilities are effectively guaranteed,can persons with disabilities participate in social productive labor just as well as healthy people.status.People with disabilities participating in social life will also improve their ability to participate in society,which will greatly help them to improve their physical and mental defects.Disabled people also get economic income through employment.More importantly,employment promotes the integration of disabled people into the family and realizes their own value.Among the protection of the interests of the disabled,the employment protection of the disabled is the primary content.The employment guarantee for the disabled can guarantee the labor rights of the disabled,allow them to participate in social life on an equal and full basis,and return to society.It will also effectively improve the living standards of the disabled and lift them out of poverty.At the same time,the employment security of the disabled will also have a great impact on the sustainable development of the region’s economic construction and social prosperity and stability.In other words,the employment security of the disabled has a very effective impact on the economic construction of the entire region.Therefore,to explore the reasons for the employment difficulties of the disabled in Inner Mongolia,and to find solutions based on the actual situation,can not but become a problem worthy of serious consideration.Based on the actual situation of employment security for the disabled in Inner Mongolia,this article studies the existing problems of employment security for the disabled in Inner Mongolia based on the theory of social security for the disabled,social exclusion theory,and welfare pluralism.The study found that there are problems with low levels of employment structure for disabled persons,unstable development of information-based employment construction for disabled persons,lack of mandatory regulations for proportional employment,and discrimination,prejudice and goodwill in the social environment for disabled persons.In addition,a multivariate regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of employment of disabled people in Inner Mongolia,and the conclusions were: the number of disabled persons in the whole district,the number of community(village)disabled associations,the number of websites built,the number of disabled people’s poverty alleviation bases,and the disabled.Both the number of schools and the education level of the disabled have a significant positive impact on the number of disabled people in Inner Mongolia.According to the research conclusions,this article puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the employment of disabled people in Inner Mongolia: first,improve the laws and regulations and policy guarantee systems for disabled people’s employment;second,strengthen the education and employment training for disabled people;third,establish a disabled employment assistance system;It is to strengthen the rehabilitation and prevention of disability.Fifth is to implement a multi-channel employment method that combines centralized employment and decentralized employment.Sixth is to organize and improve the employment service network for the disabled.Seventh is to establish "equality,participation and sharing" for the disabled Social environment.
