Study On The Causes Of Weariness Of Work-Study Students

Adolescence is an important stage of personal growth and development,and cultural learning is the basis for teenagers to acquire basic cultural knowledge and increase their survival ability.However,influenced by the external and internal factors,some teenagers have a psychology and behavior of learning weariness in adolescence.The emergence of these problems is not a day of ice,but in a variety of factors,the long-term accumulation of.Work-study students are a group of teenagers with deviant behaviors who enter work-study schools for cultural learning and professional knowledge learning.During my school social work internship in a work school in BJ city,the author had a deeper understanding of this group,and conducted this study to explore the reasons behind this group’s weariness.This study mainly relies on the life course theory for qualitative research,and mainly collects data through in-depth interviews and participative observations.Through in-depth interviews with7 students and 3 parents from a work and study school in Bei Jing city,this paper aims to understand the time and place of birth and growth of the students,their family profiles and parent-child interactions,their interactions with peers and teachers,and their views on their own problems and needs.The author,who is a researcher and a server,further explores the ways of social work service in the schools of work-study students and puts forward some Suggestions.
