Research On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In The Integration Of Resources For The Elderly

Aging is the result of the development of economy,society,science and technology.It is also the basic condition of our country in a long period of time.The population ageing has far reaching implications for economic performance,social and cultural development,and for the general public,the most common is an increase in the pressure to provide for the elderly.In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly,the government buys professional services for the elderly,in the process of service,the integration of resources is the key to guarantee the content of services.However,how social workers link up the service providers’ resources,so that the resources can really play its value,is an important link to ensure the quality of services.This research takes the D community as an example,using the theory of asset construction and humanism to explore the path of social work in the integration of service resources for the elderly,in-depth interview and observation were used to record the influence of social workers on the clients in the process of resource integration.First,based on the analysis of D community residents’ demand and supply,social workers analyze the insufficiency of resources supply from individual level,family level,community level and normative cooperation,social workers carry out intervention strategies according to the reasons for the shortage of supply,according to the investigation and analysis as well as the specific practical process carried out,it puts forward four optimization measures: expanding personal relationship network,perfecting family care function,integrating community resources,and establishing reciprocal cooperation network,this paper sums up the achievements and shortcomings of social work in the process of the integration of the old service resources,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems.The results show that: First,The D community residents are faced with the current situation of inadequate resources analysis,help to better meet the needs of the service target;Second,to create a regular volunteer service team to stimulate the enthusiasm of residents and a sense of belonging to the community;Third,to establish a mutually beneficial network of multi-party cooperation to promote trust among stakeholders;Fourth,to expand the network of relationships,expand the social network by traditional and new media,enhance the self-identity of the service object,thus promote the effectiveness of the integration of the old service resources.
